Your funds are perfectly secure, you are the sole and entire person in control of your assets. We strongly recommend that you verify your 2FA account and activity. You can activate our anti-phishing system.

We have created an anti-phishing system, which consists letting our users choose a word / code. This is at the top of every email they receive from us, to make sure that all emails they receive come from LordToken.

We also have the application on both Android and iOS.

An API is the Application Programming Interface that enables sites or applications (developed by a third party or by Lord BVI) to have real-time access to the User's Personal Space, and thus to the Wallets thereof and to the Services.

To create an API, you must first access the "deposit" tab on the LordToken platform, select the cryptocurrency and retrieve the public key which will be pasted in the "withdrawal" tab where the funds, to withdraw, are located. Click on "withdraw" and you just have to wait for your funds to arrive on the platform.

It usually takes a few minutes to receive your cryptocurrencies, it can take a few hours depending on the activity on the blockchain used. Remember to check that the wallet reception address is correct.

An administrative service is also available from Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm and from 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm at +33 (0)4 83 43 29 44.

The costs during operations are set at time T when the operation is validated. They vary according to the amount and the volatility of the market, which makes the costs not identical from one moment to another during the same transaction.


 

The default fee is 0.1% and discounts will be assigned based on trade volume and number of LTT in the account.
