LordToken’s Savings Program
Leverage your bags of LTT with LordToken’s Savings Program!
Since LordToken’s launch, our growing community can use an increasing number of in-house financial services and investment opportunities. Following our roadmap, we regularly add new elements to make sure we offer services that are relevant to every type of investor. Onboarding inexperienced users is one of our priorities, and that’s the reason why we decided to write blog posts detailing everything about those new bricks.
Today, we will focus on a service that is tailored for you, the LTT hodlers. With the savings program, you can get rewards by simply holding LTT! How cool is that?
Holding LTT is the purest form of vesting your trust in LordToken. Naturally, we think that this behavior should be rewarded: we created a dedicated investment tool for this purpose, the LTT savings program.
How does it work?
Our savings program is straightforward, but let’s review it in detail to make sure you’ll use it like a pro from your first attempt!
1st step: acquire some LTT
The savings program can only accept LTT, so head to the exchange and buy the amount you wish to invest. Any sum between 1 and 100,000 LTT can be invested in each variation of this program!
2nd step: head to the savings program’s dedicated page
Follow this link or click on “Savings” on top of the page when you are logged in to your LordToken account. This dedicated page will let you use the program and display a lot of information regarding the state of your investments, your history, your rewards, and the total amount of LTT locked by the community.
3rd step: select the best quest option for you
At the time of writing this article, you can select between three different quests depending on the amount of time you’d like to lock your LTT. The longer you lock, the better the APR! An annual percentage rate (APR) is the yearly rate charged for an investment. We thrive on transparency to onboard inexperienced users, so you’ll be able to easily know what daily reward you can expect with the blue text on each quest:
4th step: Select the amount of LTT to be locked
Select the amount of LTT you want to lock in this quest. You will automatically get information regarding the total rewards you will earn at the end of the locking period!
Final step: Unlocking your LTT and collecting your rewards:
Once the locking period is over, you can recover your initial investment and your rewards by clicking on the “claim” button. Your funds will automatically be transferred to your LordToken wallet.
Please note that once your tokens are locked, you cannot sell them until they are released. Moreover, you should also be aware that if you decide to pour additional tokens into a quest already started, the totality of the LTT will become unlockable at the end of the new locking period. Ultimately, you should be aware that your tokens become available at the end of the locking period and therefore you need to lock them again if you wish to keep on investing with the savings program.
